Adrienne Smith

Adrienne Smith is a proud member of EXIT Realty Pikes Peak, where she works alongside skilled professionals to provide exceptional service. She assists buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Pueblo and the surrounding communities, including Pueblo West, Penrose, and Beulah. Located just south of Colorado Springs, this area has experienced remarkable growth in recent years while still offering a unique blend of historic homes and new developments.
Originally from Florida, Adrienne has lived in several states, including California, Ohio, Louisiana, and now Pueblo, Colorado, where she resides with her husband and five sons. She studied creative writing at South Louisiana Community College for three years and has co-owned a small business with her husband for the past six years. Having relocated multiple times, she understands firsthand the complexities that come with moving to a new state, whether for a home, a business, or both.
Through those experiences, Adrienne developed a deep appreciation for properties that carry a strong sense of time and place. She is especially passionate about historic homes and enjoys helping preserve the character and history that older properties offer. As a member of the local historical society and the owner of a 76-year-old home herself, she brings a genuine appreciation for history into her real estate work. She enjoys helping buyers and sellers research properties to better market them or uncover meaningful details that add value to a purchase or sale.
Adrienne is also certified as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Home Finance Resource (HFR), which allows her to help sellers price their homes accurately and guide buyers toward the best possible deal. She assists clients in understanding loan options so they can make informed decisions throughout the process. Adrienne enjoys the hands-on aspects of the job—networking, marketing, hosting open houses, delivering door hangers, and connecting with people through social media. Her goal is to make the real estate process smooth and straightforward so clients can genuinely enjoy the experience.
