Tracey Radcliffe

 
Tracey Radcliffe was born and raised in Estherville, Iowa, and has proudly called the Iowa Great Lakes area "home" for the past 29 years after graduating from Southeast Technical Institute in Sioux Falls.  Before beginning her real estate career, she worked as a medical assistant in podiatry and chiropractic offices.  She later spent 10 years in a home-based position providing medical transcription and coding services to large hospitals and clinics throughout the Midwest. 
 
Tracey obtained her real estate license in 2005 with a clear purpose: To provide Buyers and Sellers with the level of representation she wished she had experienced when purchasing her own investment properties.  Since then, she has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and tireless advocacy for her clients.  Tracey is committed to continued education.  To ensure she stays current with market trends, negotiation strategies, and best practices to better serve her buyers and sellers, she has earned these respected industry designations:  GRI - Graduate, Realtor Institute, CRS - Certified Residential Specialist, SFR - Short Sale/Foreclosure Representative, SRS - Seller Representative Specialist, RENE - Real Estate Negotiation Expert, and ABR - Accredited Buyer's Representative.  
 
Throughout her career, Tracey has received numerous brokerage awards based on sales production.  She is a Broker Associate with EXIT Realty Midwest, a brokerage that believes strongly in giving back to the community.  Tracey and her colleagues actively participate in and sponsor community initiatives such as Special Olympics, Earth Day bike trail cleanups, the annual Tiki bike ride, Meals on Wheels, the annual Christmas Toy Drive, local food banks and other local events that support and strengthen the Iowa Great Lakes community.

Outside of real estate, Tracey enjoys reading crime fiction novels, swimming, and spending time outdoors.  She appreciates the lifestyle and sense of community that make the Iowa Great Lakes area such a special place to live.
