Cher Miculka is the Broker/Owner and Franchisee of EXIT Realty Advisors, formerly known as EXIT Premier Realty. She is a respected Texas real estate broker, educator, and industry leader serving buyers, sellers, investors, and real estate professionals throughout San Antonio, Austin, New Braunfels, Boerne, and surrounding Central Texas communities.
With extensive experience in residential real estate, brokerage leadership, new home construction, and mortgage lending, Cher is recognized as a trusted authority in the Texas housing market. She specializes in residential home sales, relocation, luxury homes, new construction, agent training, and brokerage consulting.
Cher previously served as Chair (President) of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, representing approximately 14 counties and more than 16,000 real estate professionals. Her leadership and service have made her one of the most recognized real estate voices in Texas.
She has held numerous appointments at the local, state, and national levels, including service with National Association of Realtors committees such as the Business Issues Policy Committee and Professional Development Committee. She has also served with Texas Realtors on leadership, professional development, political affairs, communications, education, and strategic planning committees. Cher currently serves on the Board of Directors for Texas Realtors.
As a highly regarded real estate educator, Cher is a Certified Real Estate Instructor, GRI Instructor for Texas Realtors, and recipient of REEA’s Gold Standard Instructor (GSI) designation. She has trained and mentored countless real estate agents across Texas in contracts, ethics, negotiations, new construction, marketing, and business growth.

She originally came to San Antonio as a professional singer and married her husband James, a professional trumpet player.  Cher is currently a Praise Worship singer in church. Together they have a musical family, including children and grandchildren.
