My journey into real estate began with a leap of faith and a passion for investment. Shortly after the pandemic started, the college where I taught transitioned to remote learning. It was then that my husband and I made a bold decision to rent out our homes and invest in our first flip. We moved into a humble $2,000 mobile home, driven by the desire to save rental income and pursue our dreams. Little did we know, this decision would set the stage for an exciting career in real estate.

As we successfully sold that mobile home for $28,000, we purchased our first condo flip and eventually doubled our investment. Through that experience, we discovered not only our passion for real estate, but also our ability to recognize potential where others may not. As friends, family, and neighbors watched us transform properties from overlooked spaces into beautiful homes, many began reaching out for guidance with renovating, staging, buying, and selling their own properties. That is when my real estate sales career truly began.

Today, I proudly assist buyers, sellers, and investors throughout South Florida and the Treasure Coast. I specialize in investment properties, flips, and value-add opportunities while also helping families navigate the home buying and selling process with confidence. My experience includes staging expertise, renovation guidance, negotiation strategies, market analysis, helping first-time buyers navigate the process, and helping sellers maximize the value of their homes before listing.
