Since joining the EXIT family in 2013, Heather has mastered the complexities of real estate. While she serves as the Director of Operations—overseeing office compliance, agent training, and seamless transaction funding—her primary passion is using that high-level expertise to guide her own clients through the buying and selling process. Because she manages the very systems that get deals to the finish line, Heather provides her clients with a level of precision and behind-the-scenes knowledge that few agents can match.
Heather’s professional foundation is built on meticulous care and detail. Before her real estate career, she spent eight years as a Head Pharmacy Technician and Compounding Specialist. That same "measure twice, cut once" mentality defines her real estate practice today; she ensures every contract is airtight and every client is protected.
A native of the Guthrie area and a former student at the University of Central Oklahoma, Heather is deeply invested in her community.
