Hi, I’m Taylor Dooley, a licensed real estate agent with EXIT Realty Bob Lamb & Associates.

Columbia raised me, and Middle Tennessee State University brought me to Murfreesboro in 2011. After graduating with a degree in Mass Communication and a minor in Entrepreneurship, I chose to stay and build my life here. More than a decade later, Murfreesboro is home! With deep connections to both Columbia and Murfreesboro, helping people navigate their next move throughout Middle Tennessee feels personal to me.

Before becoming licensed, I worked in real estate office operations; handling the day-to-day, learning the business, and coordinating the many moving pieces behind every transaction. That experience gave me an inside understanding of the industry and ultimately inspired me to serve clients directly.

My work as a wedding planner has also shaped the way I approach real estate. Weddings and real estate may be different milestones, but both require thoughtful preparation, clear communication, careful coordination, and close attention to every detail. My goal is to keep the process organized and seamless while making sure my clients feel informed, supported, and confident from beginning to end.
