Jillian has 20+ years of experience in the real estate profession – passionately serving various sectors from mortgage lending and servicing, brokerage, property management and redevelopment of distressed assets. As Co-founder and CEO of H & H Holdings Group LLC, Jillian currently drives the management and strategic direction of a portfolio of investments in Chicago, IL and Birmingham, AL. Combined, H & H Holdings has generated $1M+ in value back into those communities.
Jillian also held leadership roles for 10+ years at HSBC Bank North America. She consistently ranked among the top 10% of her peers and was the recipient of the coveted HSBC CEO Award for her dedicated work aimed at reducing the number of foreclosed mortgages reclaimed by the bank.
Jillian holds the Master in Science - Real Estate and Bachelors in Science – Finance degrees from Roosevelt University Chicago. She was awarded the coveted Goldie Wolfe Miller fellowship for women in real estate and served as President of the RU Real Estate Club. In her spare time, she enjoys mentoring youth and young professionals, spending time with family, volunteering at church, and being an avid biker, boater, and skier.
