Lacy Baxter

Hello all! I’m Lacy Baxter, a dedicated Realtor® with EXIT Realty Crutcher, serving Central Kentucky. As a long time Kentucky and Lawrenceburg native I have a great understanding of the area and I value our community. I have a passion for helping others and am most excited to assist you in reaching your real estate goals. I pride myself on integrity, honesty, providing solutions, being energetic, and highly responsive. 

As a former teacher I’ve developed a unique sense for inspiring, planning, and educating.  My ability to clearly articulate information and answer questions patiently will allow me to serve my clients in any matter of buying or selling. Additionally, having spent 19 years in Manager and General Manager roles in Retail and Salon I’ve cultivated a robust skill set that is remarkably transferable to the real estate industry. While the product is different, the underlying principles of customer service in both fields are utmost important. In any environment understanding and anticipating customer needs is paramount. I’ve become adept at building rapport, identifying and solving problems, and guiding clients through significant purchasing decisions. I am customer centric with active listening, empathy, and respect for my clients. My associates and peers always speak about my dedication to others and my effective clear communication.

A little bit more about me: Most of my days I have spent in Lawrenceburg, but I have lived in other areas in Kentucky. I have family here and in Eastern Kentucky and love to travel all over this beautiful Kentucky Bluegrass. My husband works as a Sergeant out of Frankfort with the Facility’s Security branch of the Kentucky State Police. Our family is proud of his dedication to this community’s safety and wellbeing. We have two marvelous children and a beautiful dog. Our family is always trying something new and we love to spend time outside.
