My name is Lee Porter and I am the Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty - Great Plains, EXIT Realty Midwest, and EXIT Realty Black Hills.  The Vision and Path of our company starts with me and my co-owner/wife Trisha.  From where our company started to where we are going in the future, everything is directed towards our team and our clients.  We take full responsibility for the training, development, advancement, mentoring and growth of each and every member of our agent family.  We will provide the tools, technology and the training to empower our agents for success towards accomplishing our goal of an amazing customer experience for each and every customer.
