I’m proud to own and operate EXIT Realty Home & Ranch alongside my daughter, Jessica Low and my sonn-in-law Nick Johnson, with offices in Pagosa Springs, Durango, and Farmington, NM. With over 27 years of combined real estate and mortgage experience, I bring a deep understanding of lending, contracts, and negotiation — which helps keep every transaction on track from start to finish. I no longer originate loans, but my background in finance is a major advantage when navigating today’s complex real estate market. Before my real estate career, I served as Senior Vice President at Principal Financial Group, where I led a national acquisition division, managed more than 400 underwriters, and worked closely with Wall Street firms. That experience taught me the value of precision, communication, and creative problem-solving — skills I bring to every client relationship. I relocated to Pagosa Springs in 1995 from Los Angeles in search of a better quality of life, and I’ve been passionate about helping others find their own piece of Colorado ever since. I’m also well-versed in local development projects throughout Durango and Pagosa Springs.
