Margaret Luongo

I am proud to serve as the Broker/Owner of EXIT Town & Lake Realty, bringing 17 years of real estate experience to my clients and our agents.   I am license in both North Carolina and Virginia and have called Lake Gaston home for the past 14 years and prior to moving to Lake I had spent more than 20 years in the Raleigh/Durham area, giving me extensive knowledge of the communities and markets I serve.

Before entering into real estate, I spent over 25 years in the Transportation industry where careful planning, organization, and follow-through were essential to successfully completing every job.  Those same skills have become an important part of how I guide my clients through each real estate transaction.  

I believe communication is the key to a successful real estate experience.  From our first conversation to the closing table, my goal is to make the process as smooth as possible while keeping my clients informed every step of the way.  Helping my clients reach the finish line and begin the next chapter of their lives is what makes this career so rewarding.
