Stacey Hill is the Broker/Owner and Founder of EXIT Realty Southern Select, serving buyers, sellers, investors, and real estate professionals throughout Alabama. With a background in nursing and years of experience in real estate operations, leadership, and agent development, Stacey brings a unique combination of compassion, communication, and strategic business expertise to every client and agent relationship.

After spending 18 years in nursing, Stacey transitioned into real estate in 2014 as a transaction coordinator before earning her real estate license and Broker’s License. In 2022, she co-founded EXIT Realty Southern Select with a mission to create a brokerage focused on growth, culture, leadership, and exceptional client service.

Stacey is passionate about helping clients confidently navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives while also mentoring agents who want to grow successful and sustainable real estate businesses. She is known for her hands-on leadership style, strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and commitment to building long-term relationships.
