Her well-rounded experience allows her to seamlessly adapt to ever-changing conditions.  A Louisville native who has lived in major cities like New York and Los Angeles, Julia’s diverse background includes stints as a paralegal, court reporter, and small business owner. Academically accomplished with a B.S. in Paralegal Studies, M.S. in Conflict Management, and certifications as a Workplace Neutral and Real Estate Negotiator, she spent her early real estate years managing operations and honing her negotiation skills. Building trust and strong client relationships is Julia’s top priority. She focuses on understanding people’s needs, prioritizing issues, and reaching mutually satisfactory solutions. Her problem-solving acumen and dedication to clients make her the ideal partner for your real estate journey.  Outside of real estate, Julia is married with three children and embraces an active lifestyle that includes cycling, inclined treadmill walks, and practicing yoga.
