Hi, I’m Nicolas Sigounis.
I work with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Ottawa and the communities of Eastern Ontario, including Russell, Embrun, Rockland, Casselman, Limoges, Kemptville, Hawkesbury, and the surrounding towns that many people are now exploring when moving outside the city.
In recent years, more buyers have started looking beyond Ottawa in search of more space, quieter neighbourhoods, and a different pace of life. Helping people understand these communities and navigate the local market is a big part of what I do.
 
  A Background Built on Business and Problem Solving Before entering real estate, I spent more than twenty years working in and helping operate my family’s manufacturing business in Montreal.
During that time I was involved in operations, engineering, process improvement, and business development. I also worked extensively in sales and client development, contributing to more than $15 million in annual sales volume while managing relationships with major institutional and hospitality clients.
That experience taught me how to:
• analyze complex situations
• negotiate effectively
• improve systems and processes
• focus on measurable results
Today I bring that same analytical and disciplined mindset to real estate.

  Serving Ottawa and Southeastern Ontario I am a licensed real estate professional with EXIT Realty Matrix, serving Ottawa and communities throughout southeastern Ontario.

Each town offers a slightly different lifestyle, and helping buyers understand those differences is often one of the most important parts of the process.
 
  Outside of Real Estate Outside of real estate, I’m a PADI Master Scuba Diver Instructor, a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo, a violinist, and someone who enjoys spending time outdoors with my family.
These interests keep me active, grounded, and connected to the same lifestyle that draws many people to Eastern Ontario’s communities.
