Hi, I'm Donya Staats, Realtor®, Home Stager & Decorating Professional

As a lifelong resident of Rutherford County, I've had the privilege of raising my three children right here in the community I proudly serve. Because I know this area so well, I'm able to provide my clients with valuable local market knowledge, neighborhood insights, and guidance that helps them make confident decisions.

Before becoming a Realtor®, I spent over a decade as an educator. Teaching taught me the importance of patience, communication, and making complex information easy to understand. Today, I use those same skills to help my clients navigate every step of the real estate process. Whether you're buying your first home, building a new construction home, upsizing, downsizing, or selling a longtime family property, I believe you deserve an agent who will educate, advocate, and guide you from start to finish.

Since entering real estate in 2021, I've been committed to providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with my clients. One thing that sets me apart is my background in home staging and decorating. As a professional home stager, I help sellers showcase their homes in the best possible light to attract buyers and maximize value. From simple recommendations to full staging consultations, I provide my clients with tools that can help their homes stand out in today's competitive market. For buyers, my design experience helps them see the possibilities in a home and envision how a space can truly become their own.

My proudest accomplishment as a real estate agent is when I help my clients find their perfect home or get a contract on their existing home. I take the time to understand my clients needs and wants, and work tirelessly to find them a home that meets their criteria. My clients appreciate my dedication, honesty, and ability ti help them navigate the complex real estate market.

When I'm not helping clients, you'll often find me supporting local schools, community organizations, youth athletics, and charitable causes throughout Rutherford County. Giving back to the community that has given so much to my family is something I truly value.
