I manage agent files and MEMOs with precision, ensuring accuracy so that our agents can receive their well-earned compensation promptly and without issues.
In addition to overseeing these crucial details, I also handle bookkeeping, tax planning, and tax preparation, providing comprehensive financial support utilizing my 20+ years as an E.A.. By managing these essential tasks, I help relieve the administrative burden on our broker, allowing them to focus on the agents to help grow their business, while I ensure everything behind the scenes is accurate and compliant. My goal is to provide efficient, reliable support that keeps the business running smoothly and helps our team achieve success.
