After two successful careers in Kentucky — 15 years as President of Rainbow Trucking Inc. and TW Transportation Inc., followed by 15 years as an upscale builder and investor with Weller Built Homes, LLC — I became an empty nester and moved to Southwest Florida.

For the past 7 years, I’ve served as a Realtor in the Sarasota area, combining decades of business leadership, construction knowledge, remodeling experience, and real estate expertise to help clients buy and sell with confidence. My goal is to assist sellers in achieving maximum value within a reasonable timeframe and assist buyers in finding their perfect match while negotiating the best possible price.

A large portion of my Sarasota business originated in Bay Street Villages in Osprey, FL, where I’ve helped many clients purchase their first condos and later assisted them again when selling and moving into larger single‑family homes. These repeat clients reflect my commitment to long‑term relationships, strategic guidance, and consistent communication.

Investor Experience

I work extensively with real estate investors throughout Sarasota County — identifying strong opportunities, guiding purchases, and assisting with rental placement. For investors who purchase through me, I provide ongoing tenant‑support and property oversight, acting as the primary point of contact for majority of tenant issues. I do not handle rent collection or full management duties, but I ensure tenants have clear instructions, reliable communication, and prompt responses. If I’m unavailable, tenants contact the landlord directly.

This streamlined system keeps my investors’ properties 95% occupied with high‑quality tenants, strengthens long‑term relationships, and often leads to repeat business — many tenants I’ve assisted have later become buyers and chosen me to help them purchase their home.

One investor has purchased 12 properties in 5 years, and another has purchased 3 properties over 7 years. These long‑term partnerships reflect my commitment to understanding investment goals and delivering consistent, reliable results.
