Janice grew up in Lexington, Kentucky in the Thompson family of five girls.
Her mom was a Florida realtor. Her parents bought, updated and sold over 20 houses
before she left home. They did what we now call "flipping", where they painted,
repaired and replaced as needed with assistance from the daughters.
Janice have always had an interest in Real Estate and decorating. She moved to
Florida and lived their for some time. She attended several colleges with an
Interior Design designation. Janice received a Bachelor in Business Information
Systems. She is retired from 2 phone companies with over 30 years of service.
She now resides in Lawrenceburg, Ky with her husband Jimmy and two dogs Rex and
Little Bit.
She has held a Florida Real Estate license since 2009 and a Kentucky Real Estate
License since 2025. She has sold cars, furniture and Real Estate. Her sister Vicky
is also a Real Estate agent in Kentucky with Exit Realty Crutcher. They enjoy
helping each other whenever we can. Janice has experience in selling, staging
and decorating.
