Windy's life has been a whirlwind of adventure, with homes serving as the constant thread weaving through her experiences across seven states on both coasts and in between, encompassing more than 25 unique residences.
Living a nomadic lifestyle gifted her with a profound understanding and appreciation for the diverse array of homes in the US. Whether cozy cottages or sprawling estates, each dwelling holds its own narrative, and Windy has honed her ability to recognize the subtle nuances that transform a property into a cherished home.
In 2005, Windy made the pivotal decision to lay down roots in New Mexico, embarking on a new chapter that led her to the prestigious Los Alamos National Laboratory. This transition introduced her to the vibrant small-town charm of Los Alamos and the cultural richness of Santa Fe.
In the summer of 2013, a serendipitous encounter with an article on real estate investing sparked a transformative shift. Inspired, Windy took the plunge into homeownership and rental property investment. As her passion for real estate blossomed, she transitioned from an Unlicensed Assistant to a licensed Realtor, driven by a desire to empower others on their home ownership journey.
Since then, Windy has had the privilege of guiding clients through the dynamic real estate markets of greater Santa Fe and Los Alamos. Today, she finds fulfillment in facilitating life-changing decisions, approaching each opportunity with a commitment to personalized service and strategic guidance.
Beyond the realm of real estate, Windy immerses herself in the vibrant world of textile arts, fuels her adventurous spirit by exploring the wilderness on her dirt bike, and embarks on journeys near and far, soaking in the sights and sounds of diverse landscapes.
