Ali Werger

Ali Werger is the Owner and Broker of EXIT Realty Driftless Group and proudly serves clients throughout Northeast Iowa and Southwest Wisconsin. Since launching her real estate career in 2018, Ali has built a reputation for her strong work ethic, clear communication, and commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. She earned her Broker License in 2021 and oversees the brokerage’s Wisconsin office.

Ali works with a wide range of properties, including residential, commercial, and recreational real estate. Her approach is rooted in honesty, dedication, and a genuine passion for helping people through one of life’s biggest decisions.

A lifelong resident of Clayton County, Ali graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s degree. She has consistently been recognized for her production, earning Top Producer honors and the EXIT Corporate Bronze Designation Award for transaction volume each year from 2020 through 2025.

When she’s not working with clients, Ali enjoys giving back to the community she loves. She is an active member of the local Women’s Club and currently serves on the Chamber of Commerce Board.

Ali also furthered her education to continue to best serve her clients and attained her PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) designation as well as the GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute).
