Adam Edge

Adam has been serving clients across Simcoe County and the Georgian Bay region since 2018 and has already guided nearly 200 families through successful moves. He’s known for strong negotiation skills, incredible attention to detail, and a client-first mindset that makes every step clear, calm and confidence-building.
Before returning home, Adam spent eight adventure-filled years in British Columbia, taking part in the magic of the 2010 Winter Olympics and even living at Mile 0 of the Alaska Highway. Those experiences fuel his love for community, connection and the outdoors.
Today, Adam is right where he belongs: beautiful Georgian Bay. When he’s not helping clients reach their goals, you’ll find him flying, boating, fishing, biking, snowboarding or spending time outside with his wife and two boys. His dream home is classic Georgian Bay living with a west-facing view and wraparound deck at sunset. Hard to argue with that.
