Grace Martinez is the Owner and Managing Broker of EXIT Grace Realty and has been serving the Chicagoland area since 2005. Throughout changing markets, she has remained passionate about helping buyers, sellers, investors, and fellow real estate professionals succeed through knowledge, integrity, and exceptional service.

As the owner of EXIT Grace Realty, Grace is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers confidently navigate one of life's biggest decisions while also mentoring and supporting agents as they build thriving, relationship-based businesses. She believes that when agents grow, they are better equipped to serve their clients and positively impact their communities.

Grace earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago and has been a North Shore resident for over 40 years.
