Aloha! I'm Lisa Zamudio, a REALTOR® with EXIT Realty Island Living, proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout Hawaiʻi Island.

Originally from Washington State, I made the Big Island my home in 2021. My journey into real estate began with the experience of buying and selling my own home in Washington. That process sparked my curiosity about the real estate industry and inspired me to pursue something I had always wanted—a fulfilling career where I could combine my love of touring homes with my passion for helping people. After moving to Hawaiʻi, I was determined to earn my real estate license and turn that passion into a career.

With experience in residential sales, vacant land, and property management, I bring a well-rounded perspective to the buying and selling process. I understand that every client has unique needs and goals, and I strive to make each experience as smooth, informed, and enjoyable as possible.
