Melissa (Missy) Mulharan

Melissa “Missy” Mulharan is the Broker Manager of EXIT Realty Defined and a top-producing real estate professional proudly serving Cumberland County, Gloucester County, Salem County, Atlantic County, Cape May County, and surrounding South Jersey communities.

Born and raised in Millville, New Jersey, Missy has deep roots in the area and a genuine passion for helping local families achieve their real estate goals. Her knowledge of South Jersey neighborhoods, market trends, and community resources allows her to provide clients with valuable insight and guidance throughout every step of the buying or selling process.

Before entering real estate, Missy was part of her family's small business, Tep’s Power Equipment, which proudly served the Millville community for 49 years. Growing up in a family-owned business taught her the importance of hard work, customer service, and building lasting relationships and values that continue to shape the way she serves her clients today. When the family business closed, Missy found a new calling in real estate and quickly discovered a passion for helping people navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

When she's not helping clients buy or sell real estate, Missy enjoys spending time with her husband, Bob, and their two sons, Kaden and Cole. Kaden proudly serves in the United States Air Force, and Cole is pursuing both his academic and athletic goals as a collegiate baseball player.
