Sam Castille

I’m Samuel Castille, a New Mexico-licensed REALTOR® with Exit Realty Advantage in Los Alamos. I’m young and relatively new to the industry, but I’m fortunate to be surrounded by strong mentorship and a team that pushes me to keep learning and improving every day.

I recently graduated from New Mexico State University with a Finance major and a Business Law minor (3.8 GPA). I was able to take real estate appraisal and real estate law coursework through NMSU. I was honored to receive the Peter Wichert Memorial Award for Outstanding Achievement in Finance (one recipient each semester) and to graduate as a Crimson Scholar with Honors.

Before stepping fully into my broker role, I worked behind the scenes as a real estate assistant and transaction coordinator, which gave me a strong foundation in what it takes to keep a deal moving. I’m comfortable managing details, tracking deadlines, and coordinating communication with lenders, title, inspectors, and other parties so clients stay informed and the process stays organized.

In practice, I’m less of a salesperson and more of a facilitator. I focus on clear communication, strong organization, and helping clients navigate the process with confidence by supporting pricing analysis and contract timelines, answering questions honestly, and making sure nothing important gets missed.
