My Company
At EXIT Realty Birmingham, we make sure each agent is thoroughly oriented and trained in the basics of successful real estate sales. We show each agent how to properly brand themselves and take that brand into the marketplace to get more leads. We seek out the latest technology tools available in real estate then teach our agents how to use them. We have built a team culture that is supportive and fun. We enjoy, mentor, and encourage each other much like a family would do. We then expose our agents to a plan to make over 100% to build their own business with passive and residual income to create retirement security, which is unique in real estate today. My company exists to build strong real estate agents and offices, and to help make them successful.

Testimonials
"Shannon is first and foremost a professional in every aspect of her job. Her timeliness to high-priority items is impeccable and she always puts her clients first. When stressful times and questions arise during the timeframe between accepting an offer and close, she's there to ensure that you're armed with the proper details in order to make an informed decision. I'm not sure if I could have asked for a better realtor who turned friend during this entire process. She's incredible and she'd work just as hard for anyone else." ~ Caine C.
"I cannot recommend Shannon highly enough! I've worked with plenty of realtors over the years and Shannon was by far the best of all... Without a doubt the best in Birmingham!" ~ Jeremy S.
"Shannon was beyond amazing! We were first time home buyers and she walked us through everything step by step. She didn't get annoyed or brush off any concerns we had. She was thoughtful and very thorough, also always a step ahead of us. When we would ask a question, she had already handled it because she is that awesome!" ~ Tessa B.
