Originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, and having lived in New York for 17 years with deep roots in both New York City and the Hudson Valley, Brendan Snyder helps clients discover their ideal home, vibrant community, or hidden mountain getaway. Specializing in Greene, Columbia, and Ulster counties, Brendan provides local guidance across the region’s diverse landscapes; from Catskill mountain ski resorts and the large wooded forests and farmlands, to picturesque river towns like Hudson, Athens, Catskill, and Saugerties.
Brendan combines over 15 years of leadership at Google with experience in Business Development in the Civil Construction sector. With a Construction Project Management certification from Columbia University and firsthand experience coordinating residential remodels, he offers a clear, practical perspective on home quality and design. This blend of experience allows him to help clients spot property potential and understand structural details, ensuring they feel confident and informed throughout the buying or selling process.
When he isn't assisting clients, Brendan can be found working on home renovation projects, hiking along Potic Creek with his dogs, or exploring local dining, theater, and entertainment offerings while supporting community growth.
