Growing up locally within a family well known and respected in the Construction industry, Kerrilyn is no stranger to the structure of a home, the process of a new build or that of renovations.  
Kerrilyn brings to our office a special skill set that is invaluable to those clients who need it.  After over 20 years of running a group home for special needs adults / children, Kerrilyn understands very intimately the needs of families in that situation.  Finding the right home, the process of the move, knowing the community and the support systems in place, just scrapes the surface of special considerations Kerrilyn brings attention to with the intention of enabling a smooth transition.
