Like so many of the best things in life, buying or selling your home can be both exciting and scary.  My job is to help you make the most of the exciting parts while dealing with the scary parts for you, or explaining them clearly so that the mystery is removed from the process.
Hello, I’m Celia Swender.  A sixth generation Middle Tennessean, I lived many other places, until 2004 when my husband, Eric, and I moved back here to raise our two children. Joining EXIT Realty Bob Lamb & Associates in 2017, after 20 years’ experience in banking and construction, I know that the best way to treat clients is to give them exactly what I want when I am the client: availability, honesty, competence and an unswerving commitment to your best interests.  If you feel happy and well-cared for, you’ll tell your family and friends, and that is the highest compliment you can pay me.  My ultimate goal is for you to feel like you wouldn’t have done it any other way - or with anyone else except me and EXIT Realty!
